Joia Doss has spent over 15 years sitting at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations including inside a major beauty conglomerate, alongside early-stage founders, and across the deal table as an M&A consultant. She started Arli Strategic because too many great businesses were stalling not for lack of vision, but for lack of structure.

She brings institutional-level thinking to businesses that are ready for it, and knows exactly what investors, acquirers, and capital partners need to see. Joia holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Duke's Fuqua School of Business and a degree in Economics from UNC Chapel Hill.

Arli Strategic was built on a pattern Joia kept seeing: founders and operators with real traction, compelling products, and genuine potential, but without the financial clarity or operational infrastructure to take the next step. The gap wasn't ambition. It was architecture.
